Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is reportedly moving ahead with plans to roll out its Secure Docket Card Program this summer, which would provide ID cards to illegal aliens residing in the United States. The pilot program is projected to distribute around 10,000 ID cards to aliens in three to four cities across the country. This “IDs for illegal aliens” program is a clear effort by the Biden Administration to integrate illegal aliens into society instead of enforcing our immigration laws.
ICE began developing the Secure Docket Card Program in 2022. To obtain an ICE ID card, it appears that all an alien will have to do is enter the country illegally. Upon release, aliens will be issued an ID card containing a photo, identifying information, and security details. In addition to being used for ICE check-ins and appearances in immigration court, these IDs may be used to allow illegal aliens to board aircraft and fly around the United States.

After a short time, we got to a series of cases where a prosecutor had empaneled a grand jury and gotten an indictment against some poor soul — almost always poverty-stricken and often black — who had either no evidence against him (and he was almost always male). That poor soul usually was convicted. He went to prison and that was that.

Crimes like falsifying business records, forgery, filing false statements, impersonation, certain forms of obstruction of justice or of an official proceeding (such as by concealment, falsification, or false records), and conspiracies or rackets to do any of the foregoing are all instances of “fraud type” crimes. At their essence, they all require that there be a false statement or a misrepresentation—a lie.
Some crimes are frauds per se. These crimes are committed to deceive for some purpose, usually to obtain money or property.
In the two federal indictments brought by Jack Smith, the Fulton County indictment brought by disgraced District Attorney Fani Willis and her lover Nathan Wade (now removed from the case for misconduct), and the indictment brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, state and federal prosecutors have abused federal and state fraud-type criminal statutes. By my count, of the remaining 88 or so felony charges against Donald Trump, roughly 60 of them reveal egregious misuses of fraud-type criminal statutes.
