Conspiracy theories are a dime a dozen, you'll find a new one on the pages of the National Enquirer with every subsequent issue. Most aren't worth much more than a sad chuckle and a head shake, a few are worthy of raising some eyebrows and some are based on a preponderance of evidence that leaves one dumbfounded and pondering the preponderance.
The death of Antonin Scalia is one that does more than cause a raised eyebrow or two and it certainly leaves one dumbfounded. Liberals will argue that it is just another conspiracy theory, Scalia was 79 years old, his death should come as no surprise. To insinuate that Justice Scalias death is part of an orchestrated plot to gain political power seems ludicrous. Political commentator Michael Savage stated, 'Is it a conspiracy theory to ask questions that are so obviously in need of answer, or is it just common sense?'
Washington, D.C. criminal investigator William O. Ritchie was among the first to raise the red flag when he took his case to social media shortly after Scalias death. [1]
Mr. Ritchie wrote
'As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia....You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed [Despite a Pillow being found over Scalias Head]. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?... How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack'
William O. Ritchie is not reliant on shock media and or swaying public political opinions one way or another by touting sensationalist headlines. He does not need to appeal to a conservative or liberal audience. Ritchie is simply a private citizen with a long history in criminal investigation.
The Autopsy that never happened
County Judge Cinderella Guevara [Liberal - Democrat] pronounced Scalia dead without ordering an autopsy or even seeing his body, she did so over the phone. Under Texas law, this is permissible but not very wise considering Scalias stature. In cases of death of any high ranking public figure, it is standard protocol to perform an autopsy.
Dr. George D. Lundberg, one time editor of the Jornal of the American Medical Association, called the lack of an autopsy 'almost unbelievable'
The Judge who pronounced Scalia dead over the telephone has been accused of imropriety or at the very least incompetence in the past. A young woman, Melaney Rayburn, died after being hit by a train, she declared it a suicide with no credible evidence.
Juanita Bishop, another Texas Justice of the Peace from the same county stated that the county normally performs autopsies on people who die unexpectedly such as Antonin Scalia did.
The owner of the Ranch where Scalia died , John Poindexter, said Scalia's stay at his Ranch was free. Curious that Poindexters company J.B. Poindexter & Co., owns a company targeted in an age-discrimination lawsuit the Supreme Court refused to hear in 2015.
It should be noted that Poindexter is a wealthy Democratic Party donor whom has met with Obama on several occasions. Coincidence - perhaps. It is also notable as to how convenient the Death of Scalia was to the left wing - which Chelsea Clinton so callously pointed out. See - Chelsea Clinton: Now that Scalias Gone We Can Enact Gun Control .
The Mysterious assassination email
Four days before Scalia was found dead John Podesta sent an email to Steven Elmendorf. Elmendorf is a high ranking Democrat registered as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C., he was senior advisor to Congressman Dick Gephardt for over a decade and was also a campaign manager for John Kerry in the 2004 Democratic presidential election.
Podesta used the phrase "wet-work" which is an acknowledged euphemism for an assassination [2]. Some believe the references to a pool and Vineyard in the email refer to the Cibolo Creek Ranch where Scalia died. The Ranch does contain a pool and adjacent vineyard.
Snopes falls flat on its face, as it does in all things political by trying to claim the email referred to a smear campaign against Bernie Sanders. The fact of the matter is the email more than likely refers to an assassination but is vague enough that it can't be used on its merit alone to establish guilt.
Illusory Truth Effect
In the case of Scalia's Death, there is no Smoking Gun , and there is not likely to ever be one. It is one of those occurrences, not unlike the JFK murder, that will forever fester in our collective conscious. What is extremely curious about the incident however is not so much the circumstantial evidence that seems to indicate a conspiracy, but the willingness of so many of us to believe it.
The illusion-of-truth effect or illusory truth effect plays a big role. The Illusion of Truth is created at times intentionally, and at times accidentally by shear happenstance. The left wing propaganda machine has made use of it for decades to propagate False Narratives. Repeated exposure to concepts and facts, be they true or false, leads people to assume them to be true.
In the political realm illusory truth effect has a noticeable impact. It appeals to subconscious biases. Through constant exposure and repetition large segments of the pubic can be made to believe falsehoods and half truths. In most instances the illusion of Truth has been masterfully crafted to the advantage of the left.
In the case of Anton Scalias death - perhaps it is murder and perhaps it is not, but the deviousness of the Shadow Party and its operatives [Obama, Clintons, George Soros has lead to a natural tendency by informed patriots to believe that these people will stop at nothing in their lust for absolute control. The illusory Truth effect has amplified the willingness of people to believe he was murdered. How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop ? Was Anton Scalia Murdered - The World may never know.
