Left Wing Group Doxes Trump Supporters By Hundreds
Are You On it?
In a despicable and blatant attempt at Voter Intimidation, a shadowy Left Wing Group known as donaldtrump.watch has organized and published a searchable database containing the names of hundreds of Patriots who have donated to the Trump Campaign. Not only names, but addresses and assorted contact information. Information was provided by the Federal Election Commission [FEC]
Allthough the donations, amounts and donor information is a matter of public record, and on the surface there is nothing illegal about what they are doing, their motivation and intent is questionable and borders on voter intimidation.
Voter intimidation is a federal offense that can bring a sentence of up to one year in prison- 18 U.S.C. § 594 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure § 594. Intimidation of voters:
Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
The likelihood of it being enforced in this case is somewhere between zero and next to nothing. Had it been conservatives doxing Leftists I believe the odds of Judicial intervention would be much greater. Even though leftists have little to fear from non-existent violent patriot mobs.
The U.S. Department of Justice has explained that voter intimidation is conduct that is intended to compel prospective voters to vote against their preferences, or to not vote at all, through activity that is reasonably calculated to instill fear.
Some actions that ordinarily would be legal may be unlawful if they are intended to intimidate voters.
Voter intimidation is often subtle and context-dependent, so it can be difficult to identify in advance. Here are some examples of conduct near polling sites that likely would constitute illegal voter intimidation, although other conduct could also qualify:
• Violent behavior inside or outside the polling site • Verbal threats of violence • Confronting voters while wearing military-style or • Spreading false information about voter official-looking uniforms fraud, voting requirements, or related criminal penalties • Brandishing firearms or the intimidating display of firearms • Aggressively approaching voters’ vehicles or writing down voters’ license plate numbers • Disrupting voting lines or blocking the entrance to the polling place • Harassing voters, aggressively questioning them about their qualifications to vote • Following voters to, from, or within the polling place

Voter Intimidation Ramping Up As Election Day Approaches—Here Are The Claims Being Investigated
Voter intimidation is on the rise in the U.S., with authorities investigating threats to burn down the homes of Trump supporters and to kidnap Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris, as tensions continue to swell ahead of Election Day. Here are the prominent intimidation claims so far:
In at least two small towns in New Hampshire, supporters of President Donald Trump received letters over the past few days threatening to have their houses burned down “when we attack should Trump not concede the election.”
Also on Tuesday, registered Democrats in Alaska and Florida received emails claiming to be from the violent far-right group the Proud Boys, which the FBI later said was actually Sent By Iran to influence the 2020 election, telling them to vote for Trump “or else!” saying that if they voted for another candidate, “we will come after you.” [Source: Forbes]
