A Ukranian court in the city of Kyiv [aka Kiev - capital of Ukraine] dismissed the claim of Burisma Holdings against People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Derkach. Burisma is the company Humter Biden was 'employed' by, allegedly as an influence peddling / bribary scheme directed at his father, then Vice President Joe Biden. The courts decision states that Burisma demanded a refutation of the information they paid $ 900,000 to ex-Vice President Joe Biden for lobbying activities, and to his son Hunter Biden, along with Alexander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer, $ 16 , 5 million.

Burisma openly admitted they made the payment to Hunter and Joe Biden, but refute the actual dollar amount. In its dismissal of the claim, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv indicated that representatives from Burisma are only refuting the amount of money the company paid to the Biden crime family. People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Derkach explained that Burisma has now admitted that it bribed Joe Biden. Derkach says that Burisma bribed Joe Biden with a $900,000 lobbying lump sum, which the company is disputing solely due to the dollar amount.

In addition to bribing Joe Biden and his son, Burisma also reportedly paid off Alekander Kwasniewski, a Polish official and Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Bidens who also sat on Burisma’s board.

Archer was convicted of misusing proceeds from a $60 million bond sale involving the Oglala Sioux tribe. The 2018 ruling found that he and other defendants had diverted the proceeds of a $60 million bond sale to their own business interests rather than for their intended use. Biden’s attorney denied his client had any knowledge of the scheme and no charges against him were ever brought. Archer worked with Biden in various business interests. The pair served as partners at investment firm Rosemont Seneca and as board members at Ukrainian energy firm Burisma . . . birds of a feather flock together.

Getting Back to Burism “The court separately noted: Burisma in its statement actually does not dispute the facts of payments – only their size. That is, it agrees that it paid Biden and his son, but does not agree that these are the amounts. The fight against international democraturation continues. – follow the announcement “, – said Andriy Derkach.

A statement from former prosecutor Viktor Shokin is available HERE. Shokin stated "“... I was forced to leave office, under direct and intense pressure from Joe Biden and the US administration.” Journalist John Solomon, of The Hill, releaseed explosive documents that contradicted Joe Biden’s malarkey regarding the Ukrainian fiasco See: Solomon: These once-secret memos cast doubt on Joe Biden's Ukraine story.

Shokin was fired by the Ukrainian government after pressure by then Vice President Joe Biden. Joe Biden admitted in one of [in]famous gaffes that he had Shokin fired for investigating his son Hunter Biden.
