Vadim Alexandrovich Chernobrov passed away in 2017. He was the head of a group known as the Kosmopoisk [Spacesearch] aka "All-Russian Research Public Organization". He was a UFO and pseudo science / mystery enthusiast. One of his projects involved research in altering the flow of time, an endeavor he was involved in for the last 20 years of his life [Since 1987].
In 2001 Chernobrov claimed to have built a working time machine which he dubbed "Prospective Space Transportation System". Chernobrovs team from a Moscow University experimented using bugs and mice that all died, as well as a dog which they allegedly drove insane by exposing it to time shifting tests. Those experiments were for the large part failures, although they were stepping stones toward their mysterious finished product.
Chernobrov and his chrononauts believed the animals were killed or deranged because their body parts were shifted at inconsistent and varying intervals. They tweaked the machine before several team members became willing guinea pigs - they experimented on themselves and allegedly went through a 3-percent time shift.
Gennady Belimov, a Russian investigator of anomalous phenomena published an article entitled "Time Machine: First Speed On" which described the Chernobrov experiments. Belimov claims a Russian research Institute functioned on The Anjou islands [Anzhu] in the Russian Arctic which housed the research team and their device.
On August 30, 1989 a tremendous explosion sounded at the Institute's branch office on the Anjou islands. The explosion destroyed the first experimental module and most of the island itself. As per bizarre accounts, of which there are several, Chernobrovs' module with three experimenters inside collided with a large object enroute to the parallel world. Its propulsion system destroyed, the module remained in limboland.
As per Belimov, the last contact with the researchers gleaned from institue records was as follows ... "We are dying but keep on conducting the experiment. It is very dark here; we see all objects become double, our hands and legs are transparent, we can see veins and bones through the skin. The oxygen supply will be enough for 43 hours, the life support system is seriously damaged. Our best regards to the families and friends!" before the transmission went dead.
2011 was the last anyone heard [publicly] anything of the Chernobrov project, so either it was smoke and mirrors or the Russian Government is keeping it under wraps.
The Chernobrov experiments were conducted in a remote forest. The 'high-tech' machine was operated on a shoe string budget and worked on car batteries.
Researchers spent anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour inside the machine, that time of course being registered in real-time or greenwich mean time. Chernobrov said that the test subjects claimed to have experienced an other worldly effect. They sensed life here and "there" simultaneously as if time-space was collapsed in upon itself.
Quantum entanglement is a phenomena whereby two subatomic particles are 'entangled' and ones actions will influence the others instantaneously, regardless of the distance between the two. Taking quantum entanglement a step further there lies a truly bizarre supposition of quantum theory that states the very act of observing affects the observed reality. It's mind over matter squared. Some mysterious force apparently linked to consciousness has an effect on subatomic particles. Unexplainable is that the very act of observing the particle[s] has an effect on their reality, basically it's mind over matter.
