Tall Whites, an alleged race of aliens are similar to, but not the same as another alleged race dubbed the Nordics. Tall White aliens, as per UFO Lore have a self serving hidden agenda, and are not considered benevolent. Not being benevolent does not neccesarily make them malevolent, they are simply engaging in a course that is not designed to serve humanity, but to serve their own interests. Isn't that what any business deal is about, each party looking after their own interests ?
Many of the tales of the Tall White aliens place them in a less than benevolent role. The are stories of them working with Hitler and how they attempted to coerce President Eisenhower to disarm the United States of nuclear weapons, in exchange for their technology, which Eisenhower is said to have refused.
Charles Hall's Tall White Aliens
Charles Hall, who has a master’s in nuclear physics was a former weather observer at Nellis Airforce Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hall claims the U.S. government has collaborated with Tall Whites since the Eisenhower administration. He also claims to have been privilieged to have worked with Tall Whites at this USAF base.
As per Hall, humans and Tall Whites have an inherent natural fear of each other. Hall describes a very tall, and frail race of beings. Their eyes are larger than humans, and are usually blue when they are young. In males, as they age, the eyes become pink-ish. Their hair is blonde and extremely thin, transparent and crystalline. Their ears are tiny and pressed tightly to their heads.
They have a very long life span in comparison to Humans, As per some accounts their full life cycle is about 700 to 800 years. They reach maturity or puberty in their 40s when they are still shy of 6 feet tall. From this point on they gradually attain a height of 8 to 10 feet tall and walk in a shuffle with small steps. They may walk in a shuffle but it appears that their gait isn't a handicap so far as their ability to run. A British police sergeant claims to have seen three Tall Whites in 2009 searching an open field. When he got out of his car he states, they ran away faster than any human could dream of.
Charles Hall claims the Tall Whites at first communicated with him telepathically. In addition to telepathy they also have a spoken language which has been described as both a birds song and a dogs bark, as well as sounds outside the Human scope of hearing. They can also speak as we do and some have the ability to carry on conversations with Humans. Others have an ability to imitate specific human voices. Their written language is not phoenetically based, but similar to hieroglyphics.
Hall states he learned almost nothing about the Tall Whites origins or history during his 2 year tenure at Nellis AF Base. He writes “They really shared very little about their history and origins." One incident did take place with a Tall White which Hall called “the Teacher” which revealed they may have come from a star 36 light years away called Arcturus. In a passage from one of his books, he said: “A ripple of emotion passed through the crowd when I mentioned the star Arcturus. After a short pause, the older lady asked with some surprise, ‘Teacher, does Charlie know where we come from?’ “The alien replied: ‘No, not quite, but he’s close.”
Another claim by Hall is that the Tall White alien visitors on occassion went "Off the Reservation" and visited Casinos and Bars in Las Vegas. He also notes that casinos frequented by them were usually "surrounded by CIA handlers."
Edward Snowden
Documents leaked by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden allegedly suggest that the US has been influenced by, if not ruled over by the Tall White aliens. These same Aliens may have collaborated with Nazi Germany in the 1930s.
Snowden, who is currently exiled in Russia, leaked hacked US Govt. documents. Conspiracy theorists have read into these documents that a race of extraterestrials dubbed the "tall whites" supposedly helped Nazi Germany build an advanced fleet of submarines in the 30s. When the Nazis were ultimately defeated [It appears neither the subs or the Tall Whites won the war for Hitler] they supposedly met in 1954 with President Dwight Eisenhower and established a 'secret regime' that currently rules over America."
However, Snowden refutes this in his memoir Permanent Record.” he states ... "it turns out, the US government is not aware of any intelligent, extraterrestrial life, ... For the record, as far as I could tell, aliens have never contacted Earth, or at least they haven’t contacted US intelligence,” Snowden writes in his recent memoir, “ .... Also, the moon landing did indeed occur.
A Good portion of the fantasy regarding Tall Whites ruling over the USA since the 50s comes from Iran's Fars News Agency, which claimed that the U.S. government has been under the control of Tall Whites since the 50s.
The news agency story suggests that documents revealed by Snowden are part of a Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) report which states the information provides "incontrovertible proof that an alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda is driving U.S. domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since 1945."Huffington Post

On LA Marzulli's show: an anonymous man presented a photo of 3 "Tall Whites." allegedly taken by his father in the late 40's-early 50's. He claims there were others but all but this one were destroyed in a house fire.
