During the Kavanaugh confirmation circus I was apalled at the blatant arrogance and ignorance of so very many of the inquisitors, but particularly by Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) when she let loose her sexist misandrist rant telling men to "Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing for a change." Not only at her cocky cavalier attitude, but the fact that so many people bought into it and actually pushed a narrative that you should believe 'her', Christine Blasey Ford, because she's the woman and men, such as Brett Kavanaugh are inherently evil.
“It appears that die-hard opponents of Kavanaugh have invented a narrative to imply that false accusations hardly ever happen,” said Elaine Donnelly, who directs the Center for Military Readiness. “You see where they are going with this,” she said. “Any man who doubts Ford is hostile to women experiencing abuse, who make accusations truthfully 90 to 98 percent of the time. This is why hard data from the Pentagon, which shows rates of false accusations averaging 18 percent in annual reports since 2009, is important.” False reports of sexual assault not as rare as claimed, studies show
A movement was born the "I believe Her" as an outcrop of the #MeToo movement. Possession of a penis, once the courts became involved was already a criminal offense, the #MeToo movement attempted to turn it into a capital offense.
A good portion of the #MeToo movement fizzled when a number of ruling class Democrats became embroiled as sexual predators, not that it wasn't always the case. In the wake and riptide from the #MeToo fiasco, sexual harassment and rape claims exploded, and all too often they were bogus. "The Boston Herald reported the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination says it received 54 sexual harassment complaints from Jan. 1 to Feb. 16, triple the 18 it received during the same period in 2017. That's more than one per day."
Sexual harassment charges filed with the EEOC jumped nearly 13% from 2017 to 2018 . The EEOC recovered nearly $70 million dollars via administrative enforcement and litigation against men charged with sexual harassment in 2018 , that's nearly 50% more than the total recovery amount for the preceeding year. In the military, the Marine Corps saw a 15-percent surge in sexual assault reports, The Navy and the Air Force saw increases of 9% and the Army went up 8% in 2017. By 2018 sexual assaults claims rose by 38% .
While many of these claims, possibly the majority, are legitimate complaints worthy of investigation, far too many are felonious folderol and need to be investigated with as much vigor as prosecutors salivate at castrating and incarcerating those wrongfully charged, indicted and or wrongfully convicted. Even strong advocates of rape victims grudgingly admit that false accusations are common. The disagreement is in the percentages that are false. Those who adorn the pink pussy hats claim that about 2% of rape accusations are false, others state that the rate is around 8%, the pentagon claims 18% and some sources say 41% [5, 6]. The correct number probably lies somewhere in between 18 and 41 but we can never know for sure. How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie Pop - and how many wrongly convicted of rape are never exonerated - the World will never know. [ Just 1.5% of all rape cases lead to charge or summons, data reveals ]
Feminazi Author Jessica Valenti states that we have an obligation to “believe victims en masse,” in order to recognize the true prevalence of sexual assault... oy Really dominae stultus ? A de facto presumption of guilt is popular in fascist, socialist, communist regimes but not and hopefully never in these United States. A De facto presumption of guilt nurtures a de-jure conviction, and is a dangerous precedent. It capsizes the raft of liberty on which we all precariously float in this vast sea of injustice. It flies in the face of our already faltering justice system and generates the certainty of ruining more innocent lives.
One of the more publicized cases is that of Brian Banks.
In college football recruiting, players are categorized using a star ranking system of 1 to 5. 1 being the lowest ranking, while 5-star players are the most sought after recruits, nearly every college and university beats down the doors of 5 star players, clamoring to sign them up.
Brian Banks was a 5-star prospect, he worked and struggled hard to attain that status. He had a bright future ahead of him. Many of his team mates went on to illustrious rewarding careers. Football fans may be familiar with DeSean Jackson, Darnell Bing, Winston Justice, and Marcedes Lewis all played with or against Banks and all spoke highly of his talents and skill.
In 2002, 16-year-old Brian Banks was arrested and charged with rape. Classmate Wanetta Gibson accused him of raping her. If convicted Banks could find himself locked up for 40 years, meaning he'd be over 60 years old when his sentence expired. He was forced into a plea bargain that included five years in prison and five years of probation, and registering as a lifetime sex offender. Banks claimed that he was told that by pleading guilty he would receive probation, but no jail time. He spent nearly six years in prison and 5 years on parole.
The accuser and her mother sued the Long Beach Unified School District, claiming it was not a safe environment, and won a $1.5 million settlement.
In 2011, his accuser contacted him via Facebook. She later met with him, and admitted in the presence of a witness, a private investigator, that she had fabricated the entire story. What Gibson [the accuser] didn't know was that Banks hadrecorded her confession. She later refused to admit that she had lied in order to keep the money she had won in court. She was never prosecuted and got to keep all the money - You gotta remember this is not a justice - it's California.
"According to the Los Angeles Times, Gibson has now recanted the admission that she lied when she accused Banks of raping her, presumably because she is afraid of being prosecuted. She is also, the article says, concerned that admitting what she did will adversely affect how her children regard her. These are the same children that she can’t support, and owes money to under a court order. Yes, by all means, we mustn’t lower those kids’ opinion of their deadbeat mother. All that money she stole from the school by suing it for permitting a rape that never happened? Gone, spent on God knows what. Gibson’s current recant means that once again, she is accusing Brian Banks of rape, not that anyone believes her about that, or anything else. For various reasons, it appears as if she will not have to stand trial or suffer any real consequences from her despicable acts and her continuing refusal to accept responsibility for them." Wanetta Gibson Is Even Worse Than We Thought
In 2014, Banks spoke at the 2014 NFL draft Rookie Symposium. His speech was well received and he was subsequently hired to join the NFL Department of Operations. A meager consolation prize for what he endured.
Brian Banks was a high profile case, there are thousands of others where the accused is wrongfully convicted and the accuser, even if proven a liar is never prosecuted for their mendacity. There are also thousands more where the accuser is socially castrated and branded for life for crimes they didn't commit.
Duke University LaCross Team
Another High Profile case is the Duke University LaCross Team. Rolling Stone published a scathing article about a violent and brutal gang rape at the University of Virginia. The accusations were leveled against 3 members of the Duke University lacrosse team.
In 2006 Crystal Gail Mangum an African American stripper and part time student at North Carolina Central University accused three Lilly white Duke University students of raping her. The rape she claimed happened at a party hosted at the house of two of the team's captains. The fact that the stripper was black brought Durham District Attorney Nifong to alleged that this rape case was also a hate crime.
Duke suspended the entire lacrosse team for two games and eventually for the entire season. The Duke lacrosse coach Mike Pressler was made to resign. Come 2007, after extensive investigation, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dropped all charges, declaring the players "innocent".
Crystal Gail Mangum was never charged with filing a false report, perjury or any other charges that could have and should've been made. Al sharpton became involved at one point but backed off as we was still nursing his butt hurt from the Tawanna Brawley fiasco.
This wasn't Ms. Magnums first flirtation with the criminal justice system and it certainly wouldn't be her last. In 1996 she filed a police report alleging that when she was 14, her boyfriend and 2 others had kidnapped and raped her. She later stepped backed from the charges. Her own father said he did not believe she was ever raped or kidnapped.
In 2010, she was charged with attempted murder of her boyfriend Milton Walker. It was eventually plead down to contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, injury to personal property and resisting arrest. In 2013, she was found guilty of second-degree murder after she stabbed her new boyfriend Reginald Daye. She claimed self-defense and was only sentenced to 14 to 18 years in prison. My advice to any single males who encounter Ms. Magnum once she's released is RUN - she seems to have a boyfriend problem.
A Few More Cases of False Rape Claims
Jay Cheshire - "Jay Cheshire was cleared of rape in June. Allegations made against the 17-year old were withdrawn by the complainant just weeks after being filed, resulting in the investigation being closed. Yet, two weeks after the teenager was acquitted of the charge - and with his adult life still ahead of him - Jay was discovered hanging from a tree in his local park." 'Guilty until proven innocent': life after a false rape accusation
Mahad Cassim - English Lesbian Jemma Beale, crafted four separate incidents of sexual assault, one man was wrongly convicted as a result. She claimed to have been sexually assaulted by 6 different men and raped by 9 strangers, in 4 different incidents. One of the false rape allegations made by Beale resulted in Mahad Cassim being imprisoned for seven years.
Emma Blunden told police she was raped in 2008 and again in 2010. 'Cry rape' woman, 21, jailed for two years for false claims against four men
Brighton false rape claim woman Sharlene James jailed
Woman, 27, who made false rape claim against taxi driver facing jail
In the UK circa 2015 109 women were prosecuted for false rape claims in five years. The US does not as vigorously pursue rape perjurers although there are rare exceptions such as the Brittany Sorey case. Largo Florida police charged Brittany after they say she lied about being sexually assaulted. Her allegations set off a chain of events that lead to a man's death. 109 women prosecuted for false rape claims in five years, say campaigners
"A Long Island woman’s unsubstantiated rape allegation after a drunken night in an upstate frat house has “destroyed” a New Jersey man’s life, he says in a $6 million lawsuit." False college rape allegation ‘destroyed’ my life: suit

Men, masculinity and male role models are under relentless assault. Second Wave feminism has very little to do with the rights of women and everything to do with tearing down heterosexuality and the human family structure. The initial stages of feminism, which many view as having ended in the 1980s addressed a few legitimate issues amongst their litany of lunacy. The second wave is more about emasculating and effectively castrating the common man.
