Democratic Party Racial Agenda

By Rick Gordon - Enigmose Political

Historical facts clearly demonstrate that the infamous Ku Klux Klan was once the terrorist arm of the Democrat Party. A Short History Of Reconstruction by Dr. Eric Foner, respected historian and president of several major professional organizations: Society of American Historians, the Organization of American Historians, and the American Historical Association.

Democratic Parties Military Wing - The KKK

Foner states that the KKK was founded in 1866 as a Tennessee social club and eventually spread to become a nationwide terrorist organization and functioned as de-Facto strong-arm division of the Democratic Party.

The 2007 book Carpetbaggers, Cavalry, and the Ku Klux Klan by J. Michael Martinez states 'many Southern whites ... were Democrats and a smaller number of them joined the KKK'.

Although the KKK has some strong historical links with the Democratic Party the group was not started by the Democratic Party but by members of that Party, and was utilized extensively in Democratic campaigning in the South as well as the North.

Prominent Democratic Politicians such as Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge, Woodrow Wilson, Harry Truman, Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black, Al Gore, Sr...See:Gore Family Racist Legacy

Democratic Senator Robert Byrd, the longest serving Senator in history was an actual member of the KKK and served as a KKK recruiter at one time, Former President Bill Clinton rationalized Sen. Robert Byrd's KKK membership by claiming Byrd was simply trying to get elected..

'The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia. -Democratic Senator Robert Byrd..

Dr. Eric Foner details the history and origins of Ku Klux Klan and provides a grizzly and detailed account of some of their atrocities in support of the Democratic Party. At least 3,446 blacks and 1,297 white Republicans died at the end of KKK ropes from 1882 to 1964.

"In effect, the Klan was a military force .. of the Democratic party, the planter class, and all those who desired the restoration of white supremacy. It aimed to destroy the Republican party infrastructure, ... and restore racial subordination in every aspect of Southern life. White gangs roamed New Orleans, intimidating blacks and breaking up Republican meetings".

In some places the Ku Klux Klan assaulted Republican officials in their houses or offices or upon the public roads; in others they attacked the meetings of Negroes and displaced them .... [The KKK] purpose at first was to keep the blacks in order ...but its real motives were essentially political. The Negroes were invariably required to promise not to vote the Republican ticket, and threatened with death if they broke their promises.'. [foner]

Democrats thwarted Republican Civil Rights Initiatives

First Black Congressmen were all Republicans

Abraham Lincolns successor, Democrat Andrew Johnson vetoed a bill in 1867 that would have given former slaves voting rights. Republicans overrode Johnson's veto. The First Blacks in Congress were all Republicans

Birthplace Republican Party

The first grand wizard of the KKK was honored at a Democratic National Convention.

Not a single Democrat voted for the 14th Amendment which granted citizenship to former slaves , 94 percent of Republicans endorsed it. The present History page on the Democratic party website ignores the long standing connection between the Democratic Party and the KKK.

Democrat Franklin Roosevelt appointed Hugo Black, a KKK member to the US Supreme Court.  Black is widely regarded as one of the 20th Centuries most influential Supreme Court justices . As a senator, Black once filibustered an anti-lynching bill. Historians who have examined Black's views regarding the KKK generally concur that Black "sympathized with the group's economic, nativist, and anti-Catholic beliefs."  Hugo L. Black: Cold Steel Warrior State Against Blacks

14th Amendment- Provided a broader definition of citizenship which overruled the 1857 Supreme Court Dred Scott decision and installed a Due Process Clause which prohibited state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness. July 9, 1868

Enforcement Act of 1870 Also known as First Ku Klux Klan Act, it restricted the first wave of the KKK by banning the use of terror, force or bribery in order to prevent people from voting because of their race. The First Ku Klux Klan was all but eradicated within a year of federal prosecution.

Civil Rights Acts of 1866

Declared that people born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power are entitled to be citizens, without regard to race, color, or previous condition of slavery or involuntary servitude. This legislation was enacted by Congress in 1865 but vetoed by Democrat Andrew Johnson

Civil Rights Act of 1871

The act empowered the President to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to combat the KKK and other Democratic Party sponsored racist organizations during the Reconstruction Era. It protected African Americans Klan by providing a civil remedy for abuses then being committed primarily in the South.

Civil Rights Act of 1957

Eisenhower {Republican} Administration legislation to protect the rights of African American voters.
As a Senate leader, Lyndon Johnson who had consistently voted against any legislation to protect African Americans from lynching, worked vigorously to stifle the Civil Rights Act of 1957

The New Strategy and The New Slavery

Lacking sufficient votes to defeat the Republican Civil Rights ACt of 1957, LBJ did manage to water it down and render it virtually useless before it was returned to Eisenhower.

Another Democrat, Strom Thurmond picked up the torch from Johnson and performed the longest filibuster in history in an unsuccessful attempt to keep the bill from passing at all.

Lyndon Johnson, dubbed by some as the master of the Senate conspired with the Kennedy liberals to credit Johnson for having seen to the laws passage while simultaneously boasting to southern Democrats that he had rendered the legislation impotent.

Democratic Strategists, of whom Johnson was one, realized the importance of the Negro vote and in this light Johnson explained the strategy re: the Republican Civil Rights Act of 1957 to his Democratic co-conspirators:

'These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now, we've got to do something about this; we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference. for if we don't move at all, then their allies [The Republicans] will line up against us and there will be no way of stopping them, we'll lose the filibuster and there will be no way of putting the brake on all sorts of wild legislation, it'll be reconstruction all over again'  - Lyndon Johnson [ Inside the White House ]

Civil Rights act 1964 Only 61 percent of Democrats supported that bill, versus 80 percent of Republicans.

Voting Rights Act of 1965 - Written by Republican Senator Everett Dirksen - 94 percent of Senate Republicans voted in favor of the bill versus 73 percent of Democrats. The final vote on the House version - only one Senate Republican voted against it compared to seventeen Democrats.

In an effort to rationalize the Black support of Democrats, Nixon's infamous "Southern Strategy" is constantly referenced , less well remembered are Woodrow Wilson's segregation of the Federal civil service; The ascension of Robert Byrd, former member of the KKK, one time President pro tempore of the Senate, and third in line for presidential succession

'Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds. - Democratic Senator Robert Byrd

Democrats condemn Nixon for his infamous Southern Strategy, yet looked the other way when the racially segregated South voted solidly for Democrats for over a Century.

Lyndon Johnson _ I'll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years

The New Slavery

The new slavery enslaves all equally, Black and White.

To this very day, a large majority of African Americans continue to support the Democratic party. The Party which continues to enslave Blacks under an increasingly sophisticated methodology. The type of slavery has changed, it was once forced servitude where now it is a slavery to handouts.

E.W. Jackson of Virginia, Black Politician, Republican Party candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, stated..

..'slavery did not destroy black families, but government welfare programs launched in the 1960s caused them to deteriorate'

'Anytime you throw your weight behind a political party that controls two-thirds of the government, and that Party can not keep the promise that it made to you during election time, and you are dumb enough to walk around continuing to identify yourself with that Party, you are not only a chump, but you are a traitor to your race' Malcolm X

Even the infamous Malcolm X saw that the Democratic Party used African Americans to suit their own agenda and failed to address the community's living standards or job situations but Blacks still voted Democratic.

The Democratic party has come to the realization that you can actually enslave an entire race of people and not call it slavery? 'Liberal' Democrats and their useful idiot lapdogs have reintroduced slavery to the African American Community through so called social welfare programs. See: Decline of the Family and Rise of Entitlement

Walter Williamswalter williams book, economist, philosopher, columnist, professor at George Mason University, and Black Republican.

African American Enslavement

Williams was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and discussed research he conducted which led him to the conclusion that the government welfare state killed the black family, not slavery or racism.

Even.. when slaves often weren't permitted to wed, most black children lived with a biological mother and father. During Reconstruction and up until the 1940s, 75% to 85% of black children lived in two-parent families. Today, more than 70% of black children are born to single women. The welfare state has done to black Americans what slavery couldn't do, what Jim Crow couldn't do, what the harshest racism couldn't do,.... And that is to destroy the black family.

I think it's important for people to understand the ideas of scarcity and decision-making in everyday life so that they won't be ripped off by politicians," he says. "Politicians exploit economic illiteracy. The State Against Blacks - Wall Street Journal

Under the government machine , firmly controlled by the Democrats, even during Republican administrations, the Liberals dictate, manipulate and devastate the poor, and poor families, in particular African Americans. The bumbling leftists bureaucracy attempts to end poverty are a dismal failure and have only succeeded in forming a new type of slavery , slavery to the Liberal machine.

....The damage to our values and civility created by entitlement programs cannot be overstated. When people believe they are entitled to something, then they will demand that they get it. They will behave in an angry and belligerent manner as long as they perceive that their entitlement is being withheld. Instead of gratitude, the deliverers of entitlements are treated, at best, with indifference and, at worse, contempt. Entitlements make people dependent. As the opposite of independence, dependence is a form of slavery. The welfare state pits one group of citizens against another. One group is entitled. The other group is obligated. If you are a parent, did you bring your children into the world with the understanding that they will be either dependent on entitlements or enslaved to provide the entitlement? ....  Welfare Is Another Form Of Slavery

The public has been taught that white Americans should atone for the sins of slavery and racism by supporting welfare programs and the Democratic Party. Black Americans are taught that greed and hatred is the reason whites are prosperous and that whites are the cause of economic barriers that prevented blacks from obtaining wealth. All who disagree are racists.

Welfare is a two edged sword, it not only enslaves those being taxed, but shackles the recipients as well.

The first Republican I knew was my father, and he is still the Republican I most admire. He joined our party because the Democrats... would not register him to vote. The Republicans did. My father has never forgotten that day, and neither have I. [Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice] List of Prominent African-American Republicans
